We have completed over 1,500 ballots, the vast majority for Enterprise Agreements, collecting the votes of more than a half of a million people Australia wide. Our voting services are used across Australia.

In providing our service, CiVS is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information. CiVS is bound by The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Secure

Personal information is stored electronically on a server behind a firewall. Each voting session is encrypted using SSL, which is similar to the security used for online banking services.

The CiVS voting environment is housed in a locally owned and operated secure hosting facility. All data is stored in Australia.
