CiVS, with its voting services, have recently completed an enterprise agreement voting for a designer, developer, manufacturer and installer of customised in-flight entertainment and communications (IFEC) solutions.
Better Than Other Election Services
With a Human Resources department based in Singapore, the CiVS staff explained, created and managed the voting process without meeting with or speaking directly to the client. With all communication between the client and CiVS electronic, the client initially liaised with the CiVS management team to get a better understanding of the voting system as well as clarifying their businesses requirements for the agreement voting manager.
It was agreed an online vote with email voter credentials would be the most appropriate voting channels for the 52 Australian based employees. The voting period was seven days with a 100% voter participation rate achieved. These outstanding vote KPI’s were attained without a single voter contacting the CiVS Voter Support Line.
With its management of this agreement vote, CiVS demonstrated its ability to service the global transport sector and achieve unprecedented voter participation rates in potentially challenging administrative and industrial environment.
